Let's start with the good: the service has been great. The front desk receptionist, spa assistance, and restaurant staff have been very professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The average: Rooms are small and bare minimum. We are 3 people but they only had towels/bathrobes etc for 2 people and when I asked for one, they didn't have another available. Very little in the "apartment" - it's more like an average-budget hotel in the US, but very pricey for Serbian standards. However, there is hot water for all 3 of us to take showers, which I appreciate, and the balcony is nice. Fridge has drinks for purchase, but no room to store your own food/drinks. Beds work - not comfortable but not terrible. Then the not great: on to parking - HUGE ISSUE. And they are building more apartments and stuff with no planning for parking. It's going to be a nightmare in about 6-9 months. The spa is ....ok. The hot tubs are aggressively bubbly, and luke warm at best. Im craving comforting hot tub heat. The pool is nice and having the option for water or drinks there is excellent. I love that they have time slots so the area isn't super crowded. About half of the sauna rooms work, and no instructions on how to turn on those that don't. Excellent menu of massages offered - all at U.S. prices. The most shocking thing to me is ... why is this place built up? I have no access to the wellness springs here, nothing I can't get in Belgrade, Novi Sad etc. It's just a pricey hotel.
