We visited the hotel for 3 nights with our 7 yo daughter. We stayed in the superior apartment room, which was spacious with good facilities and a large balcony area.
We enjoyed the Spa center very much as there was so many different experiences from saunas to salt rooms, the choice was fantastic. The swimming pool was an ok size (especially for our kid) with two jacuzzis which were great.
We had breakfast and dinner included and the buffet service was good with plenty of food to choose. We enjoyed and the service we received from the restaurant staff was excellent.
Location close (walking distance) to town center.
The negatives for us was cold food for breakfast and dinner. No matter when we come, the food was cold. It’s unacceptable for the 4* hotel.
Second negative we found was the maid service. In 3 nights we had 1 visit from the maid, even we put the sign to clean the room. After we call the reception, the maid came, but have no bath suits nor small towels. Unacceptable thing. Although the overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good, this was very disappointing for us.
In our opinion the hotel has potential to be great but the staff need to focus on details and improve service.
We will come back again and also recommend the hotel.
