Our visit to Pastrovoca Dvori was rather lucky. We happened to be staying next door for 1 night because our hotel in Sveti Stefan relocated us here as they double booked us. So, we went for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the service, quality, atmosphere and sunset. The main host greeted us as his Australian friends and our waiter was very nice as well. I had the rump steak with fries and my partner had the Calamari. Both were super fresh and tasty. The view of the sunset was lovely, good place to set up a time lapse for future memories. We had Nutella pancakes for dessert, always a lovely treat. Apparently, these guys have a similar restaurant in Budva which I would be keen to find going by this experience. Must visit!

The owner Zeljko is the most fantastic host! I have lived and travelled across South Eastern Europe for many years and this is one of the best restaurants I have been to. A true Montenegrin experience. Excellent hospitality matched with superb food.

The Venue is off the main road out of Becici and just to the left after passing the small island on the right. No more than 100 meters up the road is the restaurant and noticeably a Harley Davison and an old Jeep were parked outside. Down the steps into a number of levels outside and one level inside. We arrived as it had started to rain but opted to sit outside a table of 7.
The meal is very local with local produce and a simple menu although the menus looked something like you get in a cheap Spanish bar. No detail about the dish just a statement. All in multiple languages.
We had a mix of dishes starting with prawns and local mussels. This was the best part of the meal and the prawns were excellent. The "shopski" salad was ok but not the best we had experienced in the four years we have been coming to Montenegro. Part of our group had grilled fish and part the lamb. The lamb was cooked farm style and retained its flavour. My daughters steak kept the house hound happy.
We were so surprised to see this huge Newfoundland dog bowling towards us just happy and excited about us. Once he had gone round the table he calmed down. He didn't beg but after the taste of my daughters steak he had the appetite.
The owner is a character and very proud of his establishment and watches intently all the patrons to ensure they are happy.
One thing that did surprise me as the bill was fairly high is they did not take any cards for payment - cash only. We haven't found anywhere that didn't take cards. So amongst us all we scrabbled together the monies and that left no tip. Mind you I think the bill was high for what we got. Still it was a great experience.

We was chasing all day for this restaurant and we was looking all day asking people where is this, and after 4 hours they told us that this restaurant is far away from the village, take a taxi and go there, service is really ok, but the food was another story, the menu was so simple ,even in fast food you have better options, meat was so over cooked without any spice, wine was so warm....I really don't know did I was there in wrong moment???

We went to the place based on trip advisor s reviews and definitely we did not regret it. It is a house turned to be a restaurant overlooking a fantastic view over the hills (sure during the day it must be great ) and the family is in charge of everything . Live music at night and a very cosy place offering home made food.
The 3 of us ordered by phone the lamb in the morning since it takes time to cook it and the fourth ordered at the restaurant ground stuffed filet . As appetisers we ordered fried olives serbian cheese platter and mixed.salad . As dessert we had vanilla ice cream and baklava.
We also got house red wine
We paid the 4 of us 125 euros and left 10 euros tips for the very warm waiter who was attending us .

The owner was very hospitable knowing that people from egypt were at his restaurant and came more than once to greet us
Definitely an experience to recommend to others if ur in budva to get a feeling of local cuisine
