Best place ever, the cleaners were exceptionally well and were dedicated for each and every room. They are ever so friendly and made sure everything was okay withing our accommodation. Very good hotel, fantastic stay would definitely recommend!

Just arrived back from a week at this hotel. The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms modern and had all that was required. The hotel does not have lifts so if you suffer with mobility issues ask for a down stairs room. Paths to the restaurant are crazy paved and unsteady if suffering with lack of mobility. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Beech towels get changed everyday at your room. 2 bottles of water are replenished daily. Food was very repetitive.

We had a family holiday at Jaz Mirabel Park, very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food very nice and fresh, very big choices of everything. La Frotteria restaurant it’s new and very clean, I want to say big thanks to all the staff from there, especially to Hossan, Mahmoud for their attention. The internet it’s a bit slow , but I think they working to improve this service. Thanks to Emad from reception for his job. Definitely will come back in the future.

We've just retuned from a family trip (6 adults, 5 children) to Jaz Mirabel Park, part of the larger Jaz Mirabel site. Having not visited Egypt before, wasn't too sure of what to expect. Having landed at 4pm, it was a pleasant surprise to only be a 20 minute drive to the hotel!
The site looks stunning and the larger complex is enormous, with four large pools all leading down to the beachfront. The food selection each evening was good, lots of different meats, salad and dessert selections and whilst most all-inclusive food buffets can get tiresome after 10 days, this one was one of the best we'd seen.
You are able to access all of the bars/restaurants no matter which part of the Jaz Mirabel complex you are on. There is some building work going on at the site but it didn't impact greatly on the experience.
One note of warning is that the hotel isn't particularly close to anything, so if you like to wander around by foot, there's not a huge amount to do. A taxi is needed for a trip to Soho Square and Naama Bay.
The rooms were clean and whilst not new, they were perfectly fine (who stays in the room too much anyway!)
Probably the main highlight of the trip was the service received from a number of the staff. We found all to be friendly, courteous and helpful. even down to delivering bottles of water to our room in the middle of the night after waking up feeling dehydrated! Particular standouts were the bar staff Samy, Bishoy and Moustafa. All of whom were a pleasure to meet. Ashraf our room cleaner was outstanding and could never do enough for us. Finally, Hossam, who worked in the restaurant was endlessly helpful with our requests.
Would recommend a visit if you are considering this part of Sharm.

A great hotel for a family vacation provides every possible need with excellent staff and attitude.
The reception was really full of a smile and patience and explanations for everything and help we needed, room service and excellent cleanliness. There is no end to green spaces, a variety of pools and slides for children, the staff in restaurants and bars around the pools with a sense of service and professionalism. Schiff Ziff is commendable. We loved and will definitely be back.
