I highly recommend asking for the authentic Chinese menu. I'm a huge fan of Sichuan cuisine, and it is often very difficult to find. They had a wonderful selection and our waiter was very friendly and helpful to guide us through. He was genuinely delighted that we were interested and did his very best to help steer us towards the dishes that shine. We started with Dan Dan Noodles. They were so addicting. Slightly spicy, full flavored noodles in a soupy broth. They were gone before I could even think of snapping a picture. We also had the chicken and vegetables in flaming pot. 10/10! We also had the fried eggplant. It was delicious as well. A very thin batter that was crispy on the outside and very delicate on the inside. Coated in a slightly spicy coating of peppers and assorted szechuan flavors.
