OK, all in all this is a good cheesesteak, fresh bread, good quality meat. Charley's needs to be sure to stick to standards, the tomatoes were mush and took away from the overall experience. They need to be sliced closer to service and not piled up in the pan on the cold table. The fries were hot and nicely seasoned but I would prefer that they not give the fries until the cheesesteak is ready.
The staff was friendly at the counter. I was a little surprised that the cook preparing the cheesesteaks had his trousers hanging down a bit to show all his underwear from the rear. Don't think this look should be what patrons see as they watch their lunch prepared.
After living in South Jersey I am pretty prejudiced when it comes to cheesesteaks, this one wouldn't hold up long in South Jersey or in the Philadelphia area but for a fast food operation in the food court it is pretty good.
