Close to Japiim neighborhood and Manaus Free Trade Zone, the Comfort Hotel is one of the best hotel options in this area of the city of Manaus. Offers breakfast and free wi-fi in daily, has a nice reception and very well decorated, spacious and well furnished rooms with comfortable beds and good service.
We stayed here during the World Cup mostly because it was the only place we could find that had a room available. Very comfortable, modern hotel with excellent breakfast buffet that is included with the room. Didn't use it but the pool area looked very nice for a business hotel. It is a10-15 drive from the central part of the city where most tourists would want to visit and a 30-40 min drive from the airport. It definitely helped having a car while we were there. A cab would have cost $30-40 to the airport.

Our Hotel is not only for businnes people but for all typs of family. If you come other time , you can rent a car , cause we have a free parking maybe is more sheap to pay a taxi . Its a pity you didn´t not used our pool in sunny days like cup of the world parties ..

We stayed for one night during World Cup. After staying for several nights in other local hotels, this hotel seemed like a 5 star! The restaurant was good. Our room was nice, very clean. The staff was a little overwhelmed as the Portugal National team was also staying here and everything and everyone was on tight security. Overall, our experience was good and I would definitely stay again.

We were there for the World Cup. Big TV in the lobby, by the bar, helped with the spirit and provided a great place for soccer fans to congregate.
Good food and plenty of choice at the buffet.
The staff needs to be commended. Even thought it was difficult to communicate without speaking Portuguese, they were very all very helpful. They made us feel welcome and went out of the way to accommodate our requests.

We were supposed to stay in a condo but reservation was cancelled at last minute leaving us no where to go at 1 am. We literally knocked at the door and the hotel found us a room that night plus the next one too. Breakfast bar is tasty and pool area is nice too. Will recommend this place to others traveling to Manaus- it is located outside of downtown so a car is needed. It is $45 cab ride from the airport. Friendly staff too. Nice American style hotel rooms.
