The quality hotel in manaus is great and has super service. Especially Leticia at the reception was super supportive and helped us with the special requests we had, brilliant! Breakfast is also super delicious and has a big variety to choose from!

This is a good place to stay for a business trip. The staff is very helpful. Demilza from house keeping has been very helpful in taking care of my room during long stay.
The location is very good. Plenty of restaurants on walking distance, as well as the Manaura shopping center.

Great service today from housekeeping. Demilza was especially very nice and thorough in our room. We stayed here for over week now and the hotel is pretty good value for money. With a superb location next to a supermarket and a shopping mall.

Clean hotel and good location. They have good breakfast which is included in the fee. Try their Tapioka, it is like crepe/pancake.
Behind the hotel, there is Manaura Shopping mall and Carrefour market in walking distance around 10 to 15 mins. Just watch out for cars going by.

The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Pillows are soft and bed is a good stiffness. The location is great for both business and pleasure with a mall nearby for lost/forgotten items, if such things happen to you! Only critique is that I had to reprogram my room card all the time, but stopping by the front desk to say hello to Roosevelt and the others was always a pleasure. The staff here is so kind and generous!
