Stopped overnight after an early AM arrival from Rio on GOL before heading to the Amazon. Transfer to airport was meant to be provided, but was not there and they did not answer the phone. Easy check in at 1.30am. Nice room, clean and spacious. good breakfast, nice staff. Great value and ideal for an overnight stop.

Today I want to dedicate a heartfelt thanks to this wonderful team for the services provided, great buffet service, very attentive employees excellent service of waiter Nildo, also highlighting attendants of the wonderful service box of ladies Vanessa and Mara. I can not wait to return to Manaus, because I feel at home.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, really no complaint about that. It's the service and friendliness of the people that work there on the front desk that was really disappointing to us. On our ticket stood that there would be an airport transfer included in the price, and when we went asking for it the night before, the answer was "there is no airport transfer". We showed them the ticket and they said okay there will be an airport transfer at 8:30 tomorrow morning. The next morning we got a notification that our flight was delayed and decided to ask if a later transfer was also possible. We asked and they said "there is no airport transfer, take a taxi for 25 reais". We told them that the night before their collegue promised us one, they simply repeated (in a very annoyed tone) that we needed to pay for a taxi. We were very angry because that's really not a way to treat your guests even though we're still young. In the end it's not even about the transfer, we took an Uber instead, but about the way we were treated. So I would certainly not stay again at this hotel.

We have already removed all information from sites, however not to leave the guest without option we made a deal with taxi company whose value is $ 25.00 direct from the guest. Once again we apologize and if there is anything we can do I will be available.
I made a reservation for a long layover (10+ hours) for a 1AM flight so I did not actually sleep here. They advertise for having a shuttle service to the airport but that is no longer in service. I took the opportunity to freshen up and rest, but the bathroom was in various level of disarray. The room smelled really musty. First thing that struck odd was the half-empty shampoo bottle. Then the soap holder in the shower had built up soap residue. The lobby is beautiful and well kept, and the reception staff was professional. I wanted to grab a quick drink before leaving and was informed that the lobby bar was still operational. Apparently late in the evening the only thing one can order is bottled beer or soda, no other drinks could be made so I just checked out and left. I could have just booked the IBIS since I had to take a cab anyway so if you are booking the hotel to take advantage of the airport shuttle transfer, that won't work out.
