My daughter and wife are art lovers so they enjoyed the many works from local artists. If you not an art lover bring your I-Phone.

100+ artistic spaces, on three floors. I get bored with this kind of space, usually, but not here. High art, low art, crafts, etc. Lots of fun, especially if you enjoy the nearby restaurants.
We visited on Saturday and a lot of the vendors/artists were closed. I think I was expecting something larger and more open like an art gallery. It was interesting though.
Visited on a rainy, muggy and tropical-feeling October day and loved every minute of it! There is so much art, beauty, ingenuity and creativity on display! Definitely worth a visit in any weather and at any time.
Great opportunity to see artists and artisans at work. Custom made jewelry, paintings, and more. My teenage boys enjoyed exploring the Torpedo Factory. Truly a unique gem on the waterfront.
Stopped by this Torpedo Factory out of curiosity and it had free air-con! What a great way to repurpose this old factory that actually manufactured torpedoes back in the day. It's been in Alexandria for over 40 years and has 3 floors of artists showcasing, selling and actually performing their craft all under one roof! It also offers classes to people too. Located right on the riverfront near the water taxi and Chart House you can't nor should you miss this free "museum" of interesting artist doing amazing work!
Easily walkable from Old Town, or by taxi or even water taxi. Clean restrooms, and benches as well. Highly suggest for all ages!
