For those of you with larger appetites, the rice bowl is BIG. I don't normally finish mine however if I'm going to share a bowl with my wife I have "extra meat" which is sufficient for two.
The food is delicious and if you want spicy they can make it spicy with their sauces. If you don't like the spice but you are sharing just have them put the sauce in a side container like I do that way my non-spicy wife can enjoy her portion from the same rice bowl.
I prefer the brown rice with pinto beans and steak. I have corn, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and sauce added to my bowl. Every single bite is robust and flavorful. the rice bowl is a lot of food so I only eat half then save the rest for snacking or second meal later in the day.
