We needed a place to stay that was convenient to local birding hotspots, and like Hampton Inns. This unit was clean, staff was helpful, it was quiet, and we had a good night’s sleep. There was a maintenance issue that necessitated changing rooms, as the toilet was very slow to refill, but it was quickly done.

Rooms had bed bugs. Abd when I was checking out the housekeepers were not separating bed bugs sheets from other peoples room stuff. Mixing it all up with other room laundry. Staff not super responsive fir the bed bug issue. Also ac in second room was not working well. Vert hit at night.
Clean. Professional. Courteous. Restful. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone traveling and needing a good rest. Very accommodating to our family’s individual needs…pool, computer station, wifi, gym and the breakfast was AMAZING!
Friendly greeting, easy check in, limited continental breakfast, COVID precautions followed according to guidelines, found one live roach in room and pubic hair in bath tub.

The hotel staff was very professional and definitely provided great customer service. They made sure to greet everyone and welcomed everyone. They double checked to see if the rooms were to our satisfaction
You are greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk employee, who goes above and beyond! The beds are super comfortable, rooms are clean! It will be nice to get back to a little better breakfast, but they do a great job in this time of COVID.
