Spent two nights in comfortable rooms - clean and tidy . Very convenient next to amazing shopping centre with theme park inside and dirt cheap clothes and shoes . Breakfast ok but very slow lift service after breakfast . Fantastic swim in pool after dark seeing all the towers lit up at night

Hotel is conveniently located next to a huge shopping centre with food court, and about 10min walk to Pavillion, Farenheit and Lot 10. The buffet breakfast was extensive with Asian and Western options and room service food was delicious. Pool was huge. Hand (cell) phone was provided with free calls locally and to Australia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. Free wifi but limited to only 4 devices despite being in 2 brm apartment.
Maintenance of hotel however left much to be desired as the rooms were not very clean, drawers didnt close properly, inroom phone didnt work, fridges not sufficiently cold, and water leakage in bathroom. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but ineffectual as they didnt seem to be able to fix the phone properly (it failed again after 2 days). There also seemed to have insufficient elevators to service such a large hotel as the elevators were often crowded.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write a review on us.

We welcome all your feedback and comments. We appreciate the generally positive and kind words.

Lnorton62, I would to thank you for your compliment on some of our unique selling points such as our delicious breakfast spread, our rooftop pool and our portable handy phone.

We would like to apologise for the less than satisfactory experience with the condition of your room and also the insufficient elevators which only happens during our peak season.
We have discussed our shortcomings with the relevant department heads responsible and have taken appropriate measures to avoid recurrence.

We hope that you will find time to visit Kuala Lumpur and evaluate us again as we constantly try to further improve our service and facilities.

Thank you.

This hotel is amazing with supert service, very friendly staff and great location.
My whole family and me booked 4 suite for our vacation in KL. On arrival we will treated with VIP service. The staff already know our bookings and all the rooms were ready even though we were early 10.00am and the normal check in time was 15.00. The front office manager Mr Nixon even came out and greeted us. We were really impressed with the service and the friendly smiling staff. What a great way to start a holiday after a 17 hours flight from Frankfurt Germany.
The suites were very clean, very spacious, almost like an appartment and very comfortable with a paorama view of KL. We stay on the 25th floor. The bathroom and toilet are so confortable you would like to stay longer every time you use it.
This hotel has a hugh pool. Never seen anything like that. My kids were impressed with the size. My kids spent many mornigs there. Its never crowded and towels avilable. It also has a Gym, Free Wifi and many other facilities although we did not use them all.
This hotel is attached to a shopping mall and a number of eateries. The Asia Food center below the shopping mall offer all sorts of Asian and Western food with reasonable price. Those who like shopping, this is a paradise for them. You can buy anything you want and the prices are great. You can shop till you drop. Since my daugthers are shoperholics we spend everyday walking thru the malls. I can assure you will not be disappointed.
If you want to venture out, everything is close by. The famous Sungai Wang shopping and the Jalan Alor is only 7 mins walk. The Low Yat electronic shopping is also close by. One can ride a GO bus pink color for free to KLCC where the Petrones Towel is or to China town.
We stayed at this hotel 03 to 21.7 then went to an island and return on 16 to 19.7
The hotel even stored our luggage while we were away.
We had the opportunity of meeting with Mr Mondi Mecja, Area General Manager, a fine gentleman and he invted us for a drink at the lounge.
We are already planning to come back to this marvellous hotel next year. I would greatly recommend to any family to this hotel if they plan to visit KL

At this moment at home, we cannot stop mentioning what a wonderful time we had at this hotel. The swimming pool, great service, supert rooms, shopping, eateries and and and. What else more do anyone want for life?
Special thanks to Mondi, Nixon, Evelyn and Xiou Mei.

Thanks again for the great time,
Jimmy Yam and family.

Room tip: Top floor eg 25th has a wonderful KL view.

I am thrilled to learn about your experience and pointed out some of our unique selling point that so much of our guest really fond of. Indeed, the hotel is located in a very strategic place.

Besides having the hotel attached with the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall, it is also a stone thrown away to most of the renowned shopping malls nearby and most importantly, the monorail station which is situated in front of the hotel will bring you to various attractive destinations; not forget to mentioned our ever warm hospitality from our hotel associates that greets you with a smile.

Although we love the position of Berjaya Hotel, as it’s perfect. Unfortunately, it is really tired and could do with a huge upgrade. We have stayed here 12 years now and I don’t believe there have been any changes. Tiles falling off in bathroom, door handle barely hanging on. Next year will try something different
