We have lots of dim sum like xiu long bao, gyoza, watercress dumplings, chives and pork dumplings. All made from very chunky pastry. Thickest in Kuala Lumpur.
Worst part is all Xiu Long Bao (we have 2 baskets) , they serve it all sticking to each other. All tear and leak when we pick them up. Those are Chef recommendation on menu. The rest goes downhill if that was their specialty.
Love duck sticky rice in lotus leaf and chef special fry radish cake. Gorgeous!
The rest of the dim sum? Not Hong Kong standard at all. Xin Cuisine Concorde Hotel serves better dim sum.
