Perfect family destination with full facilities to cater to all ages. Although a bit mass, which means crazy crowds at breakfast and the pool areas it lives up to a typical Anantara property and what it lacks in character it makes up double fold in service and charm.
Rooms along the main courtyard can get rather noisy given its near the main pool as well as walkways hence absolutely no privacy if you're sitting outside your room at a couch/rest area for a chat you will be in full view of everyone on their way to the beach, restaurants or main pool. As we were there during Christmas, noise levels given a band and extra performances was up another notch. All good in the spirit of Christmas but if you're looking for peace and privacy book a villa.. and avoid the deluxe rooms.
The beach is pristine and lovely with enough sunbeds and activities available for everyone. Special shutout to Patty who helped with a little in room surprise for a little 9 yo girl. A few balloons and a bday cake totally made her day and all arranged in under 3 hours at a sheer mentioned of her birthday.
Kudos also to a great team of front desk reception Simon, Ahmed, Eve and Nava who extended the warmest hospitality and made our stay a lot more enjoyable.More
