Excellent Customer Service

The great gift of human beings is that we have the power of empathy.
That's what Ali from the reception show and provides excellent customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at the Sunway Clio Hotel). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend it to my friends and family.

I really appreciate Ali (from the reception) as he gave me a very good room with a late check-out as I had a meeting in the afternoon to attend and wanted a place to put my bag.

He is very helpful from start to end. I look forward to stay in this hotel again.

an alternative to pyramid hotel, slightly lower rate.

booked and stayed for a night. to my pleasant surprise, i was able to check-in to the room at 10.30am when i got there. was upgraded to exec king park view. room size was good and the bathroom is spacious. the only thing that i gripe about is the water heater temperature - boiling hot. tried to switch from handheld shower to using the rain shower. took about 10 to 15 minutes for the water temp from the rain shower to calm down. safety issue though. water was too hot and my kid got into the shower and was shocked by the hot temperature. there was no way to adjust it down.

this is a smaller property compared to the other 2 hotel towers. way less hectic than pyramid hotel and newer.
breakfast on the 8th floor doesn't have a big spread like resort cafe. again, much less crowded which was awesome. shoutout to dinesh for attending to us at breakfast. one won't be let down by sunway hospitality.

Highly recommended

Stayed one night here and it has far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious and clean with good air conditioning. All basic toiletries and bath amenities were provided. There’s also a small gym and a beautiful pool available. All the staff I met have been very polite and helpful. Would like to express my gratitude to Conceirge Sutha for being incredibly kind, going out of the way to extend his help and hospitality.

Room tip: The hotel has a sheltered linkway to the mall.

Refreshing stay

staff are friendly and pro-active in helping with the luggage

luggage storing is no hassle at all

room is clean, and had the necessary appliances

good soundproofing, very quiet rooms

location is excellent, just next to Pyramid

breakfast could use some improvements, but is overall acceptable

partial lift panels/buttons and display weren't working, many of us had issues with them
