Nice resort 40-45 mins drive from KK town. Normal resort price for foods n drinks ($9 for tea) still ok, however you need to have your own transportation to come here, or at least pre arrange it. Don't expect that you can travel back to KK by using Grab or cab easily. Overall,nice accommodation.
We spent 2 nights at Kokol Haven and we were so well looked after from the time we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much of a problem. We had lovely local food dinners and breakfast. The service was beyond our expectation. We had a tour of the vegetable garden, which was amazing. Great place to just relax and chill.
There were good and down side experience during my stay in Kokol.
Good
-Staff are friendly, keep it up!
-The bed was comfortable and cozy, you feel like lying in bed all day and had a good sleep.
-View is great when it’s sunny!
-The room is clean.
Down side
-Food was ok ok only. Needs improvement on taste and training. Breakfast really need improvement. Food tag was missing during breakfast.
-Welcome drink may include other than cordial drink, perhaps a local signature drink could be better.
-Water heater and Shampoo dispense wasn’t working. There were no “Do not disturb” tag kept in the room.

Went with the family for the view of KK. Beautiful view. The hotel charges RM10 but you can get a drink worth RM10 with the coupon. It's worth a couple of hours to do this visit. The hotel itself seems nice if you want to get away from the city.
