My Perfect Escape

I have stayed at Grandis Hotel several times and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are always clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable, which makes my stay feel like a true home-away-from-home experience. The staff are consistently professional, friendly and attentive to every detail, ensuring that all my needs are met.

One of my absolute favorite things about this hotel is their tea time selection set. It’s a delightful and indulgent treat that I look forward to every time I stay here. It’s just another example of how Grandis goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for its guests.

The peaceful atmosphere at Grandis Hotel is exactly what I need when I’m feeling overwhelmed by work and everyday life. It’s the perfect retreat to recharge and unwind and I always leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again.

I have never been disappointed during any of my stays at Grandis which is why I keep coming back. For anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious escape with great service, Grandis Hotel is my top recommendation. It truly is the ideal getaway spot!

Great place to stay at centre of KK

- Room was great comfortable
- Breakfast choices good everything u need is there
- staff at reception very helpful
- very friendly fnb team
- pool was clean n great for the kids they enjoyed it
- parking no worries it safe to park your car there.
- aircond cold, toilet clean and rooms smells good

Good economical hotel for families

We booked a family room that had a king and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is big and it has a nice shower. The overall condition of the room was good, maybe a bit tired but not too bad.

The pool is on the roof by the bar. There is a good view from up there to watch the sunset - not sure how this view will be once the construction on the seaward side/in front of the hotel is complete however.

The hotel is well located within an easy walk to Jesselton Quay and other shops and markets. Overall it met our needs and was good value. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for an economical stay in KK.

Comfort, friendly n good location

Friendly staffs all over, very attentive, spacious rooms, nice gym n pool.
Good breakfast, connected to Sabah suria shopping centre, close to jeseltton Jetty. Good place to stay.
I m always happy to stay at Grandis, feel homely. Value for money

Great hotel - ok breakfast

The hotel is well located next to Jesselton Point making it easy to walk there. Also it is connected to the Mall making it easy to shop.
The rooms are massive and clean and the staff friendly.
The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. There was not the variety I expected from a 5 star hotel.
However the price was excellent and best to book direct.
