Friendly staff, clean and nice room and many facilities. Gym, restaurant. Superb view from sky pool and even from the room. Near suria shopping mall.
Suggestion if the hotel could provide speed dial directory for room service, front desk etc since the button on the telephone for that not functioning.

Enjoyed our stay here, we booked for 3 rooms for 2 nights, connecting and corner deluxe sea view. king bed deluxe sea view is big and spacious. Thank you Ana FO for smooth check in and check out and Salbiah from restaurant that helped me to arrange for my family iftar. Staff are generous and helpful ,food were excellent, tip top service. thumbs up.

I was told that I can check in at 3pm.. however when I arrived there, there are no room ready for me to go in. So I have to wait till 4pm but I got the key to my room at 4.40pm. Wasted 1hour 40minutes at the lobby. There is not enough parking for the guest and we had to park at the mall on our own expenses. Other than that is quite okay. No problems in the room.

I am sorry for the delay in your check in. Thanks to all the support, we were at full occupancy during the holiday which resulted in slow room turn over. This also contributed to the unavailable of parking space. As you know parking space in downtown is limited and we can only advise guests to park in the mall car park. The room is clean, comfortable, big room for my small family, cleaner staff is very humble, and all staff at frontdesk also friendly. .i will like to go there with my family again. .veryyyy satisfied and nice view at the rooftops

Good to stay again next time and happy to support local tourism in Sabah
1. Just suggest to have access from hotel to suria shopping mall.
2.To give affordable parking fee for local visitor who bring own vehicle or just all include in hotel package.

We used to have an access to the mall. However, due to the strict SOP to register movement into the hotel, we have to restrict the entrance to the main lobby only. We are unable to grant free parking due to the limited parking space we have. However, we do subsidize parking in the mall.
