Just the perfect hotel with the best amenities and customer service excellence. Everything was up to perfection for the price paid for. Worth every penny of money spent. Just a drawback on limited parking space available. Will have to hunt for parking around the mall and roadside.

For someone who love to stayed out, i love this place so much. The room is spacious,with the elegant room design and sparkling clean. The bed is super comfortable. I really like the bathroom, its big and beautiful. The staffs is friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The breakfast was delicious. High recomended. I definitely would like to come again. Hopefully i will get a room with the ocean view for my next time.

Stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately our stay was cut short or disrupted by the COVID19 Movement control order. This caused the pool to be closed on the second day and breakfast to be served in room - No breakfast buffet.
However, the staff of Grandis were impeccable. They were very accommodating and smiled during the whole stay. Internet was fast and unlimited, and TV channels were OK. Bedding was comfortable.
The location of the hotel is also good, as its just next to starbuck and a shopping mall.
Getting cheap eats may be slightly difficult since this place is at the end of the city.
Regardless, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite the limitations, and would look forward to come back again in the future.
The only minus point of the hotel is the pool which isn't as huge as i expected.

The Grandis is a modern hotel close to the sea with decent modern facilities for a holiday in the area. We felt comfortable in the modern clean rooms with decent enough wifi. Staff were kind and always helpful.
For us the biggest letdown was the roof bar and restaurant. We used it a couple of times for evening snacks and drinks, but found the food rather disappointing and tasteless. The wine list looked decent but we soon discovered actually consisted of house white and red, others were a figment of someones imagination!
We would go back but don’t think think this snack area would see us again.

It was my first time in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia and Hotel Grandis made that trip extravagant. The deluxe seaview room is definitely a top notch - woke up every morning with a great view and enjoy the sunset at the comfort of my bed, that was a luxurious moment. At the rooftop Sky bar and pool - the sunset was more enjoyable while having their 3-layer drink that tastes so refreshingly delicious. The foods at the buffet table during breakfast were sumptuous and many viands to choose from, but what stands out for me was the gluten-free corner for the pastries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel’s location is perfect! It is very near to almost everything that you can even DIY (do-it-yourself) the island hopping because Jesselton Port is just 3-min walk away. There’s an access to the Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, Gaya Sunday Market is a few blocks away (10-min walk). Indeed, a value for money kind of accommodation.
