It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed. I stayed in Eden suite and the room was spacious, beautifully designed and decorated. It’s my husband birthday and they did a simple decoration to surprise us. The bathroom was astonishing with a classic bath tub and a rainfall shower. They had a small coffee machine for 2 nice cups of coffee in the morning. The only disappointment is the breakfast which could be better improved. Location wise, it’s right opposite the Imago mall which makes shopping easier. Plus there are many great restaurants just around the hotel. All within walking distance. Awesome hotel with great location!

The design and small detail of the hotel is great! The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. For those who love coffee - coffee maker is provided with two coffee capsules & 2 pack of drip coffee!

Take note if you are driving there as hotel do not provide free parking. You can either park infront of hotel car park lot (limited bay) at RM30 per night or park at your own risk at basement car park at RM15 per night.

Also, the hotel is facing main road. I am quite sensitive to sound and i can hear vehicle passing by noise at night.

Besides this, the rest impressed us a lot.

This is a boutique hotel with an artistic and funky deco located within walking distance of a mall. There are so many restaurants in the area that you will not go hungry! We found the reception staff a mix of indifferent and helpful people. There was no one to help us with the luggage; we are senior citizens and had problem taking the luggage up. The room was fairly spacious but dysfunctional! This is the first hotel room where we found no chair or table or a workplace in the room. When I went back to the reception, I was told that the room we were allotted, (room no 811) does not come with a chair or a table! I was able to persuade them to send a chair at least, since I had to sit down somewhere to work on the laptop. The photograph of the plastic chair they sent is attached herewith. The bathroom was small but was well designed. There was no room service in this hotel. The breakfast was simple and has little variety. No free parking was available.

Overall, this is a boutique hotel conveniently located near the city centre but we were not happy with the dysfunctional room with no room service.
