This place is mainly for the little ones. The treasure hunt was fun. The deco appeals very much to the young ones. The breakfast is just ok. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Love how family friendly the place is.

Such a fun experience. Loved the treasure hunt and all the small touches for kids - kid size slippers and gowns and a low sink and the custom branded bathroom products and even the Milo sachets provided with the tea and coffee. But the bed was just so, so hard. Horrible nights sleep for me. I think they should have mattress toppers available for those that need a softer bed.

The check in time of 4pm and checkout of 11am feel very stingy for an expensive hotel. We were lucky to get an earlier check in at 2.30pm but the policy should be changed!

I really didn’t think the theme park or water park were very good at all and could be done in one day if it’s a time of year without a lot of line ups but the hotel saved the experience for us.

Breakfast was awesome too if you go early before crowds.

The legoland hotel is designed very nicely and the room can have 2 adults and 2 kids easily. They have a puzzle game inside of the room. And the staffs are friendly. Right after we checked in at around 10am, when they saw us with a lot of luggage’s, they offered a room to us immediately instead of letting us wait till 4pm - the normal time to get a room!

The time we stayed there wasn’t a peak time, so very few of people around in both parks. My friend’s son got a scratch on hands when they played LEGO fighting, the staff would be able to help him with 1st aid.

Thank you!

My boy is a fan's of lego, we finally brought him there to fulfil his dream. It is so enjoyable that we extended our stay for one more night. The hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly. The only thing I feel it needs to improve is the kids area outside the restaurant. I saw few adults are sleeping on the seats not sure are they the guest of the hotel. The hotel should close up the area for the guest only and a staff or two to manage the area by guests signing in and out to put their kids there to play while the parents can slowly enjoy their buffet meal in peace ensuring their kids are safe playing at the kids area.

We arranged the shuttle from Singapore's Changi airport which was good after a long flight and were then warmly greeted at reception. There is a great feel to the place and special things to see and find everywhere you look. We had a premium room and it certainly meet the expectations of our two children. As per some other reviews, a bath for the children would be a good addition (practical), however the shower is huge. Room was well fitted and everything work as it should.

The only place we ate was Bricks Restaurant and the food was of a good standard and covered a fairly wide range to accommodate all tastes. Suggest an earlier time to go for breakfast to avoid queues during later timeslots. There is also a mall an easy 3-4 minute walk away that has the usual fast-food outlets and a couple of convenience stores that can prove handy.
In regards to the Park, we spent one day at the water park and the two others at the Theme Park. Get a two day pass if appropriate and then upgrade to the annual pass. This is the better option and cheaper than purchasing a third day ticket.

Traveling in the off season there was a ride closed at the waterpark for maintenance which was disappointing as my children were looking forward to that one. If it's a hot or crowded day, I can recommend the extra cost of a cabana hire. This option gives you a great piece of "private space" - drinks, your own shaded space, lounge chairs / chairs and locker space for valuables.
LEGOLAND itself again had a couple of rides closed for maintenance but this didn't really detract from the enjoyment. Lots to do for the younger kids but as they get a little older there are less options to excite them. However due to the off season, they would loop around on their favourites for four or five goes in a row with no queues - a big bonus and then move to the next to do the same.

With the local climate, hit the outdoor rides early and when the rain comes through head for the inside rides and some welcome air conditioning.

Overall a great three day experience for the whole family and one we will remember. Great staff and a lovely hotel and park.
