The hotel is located in a area with lots of tire shops and demolished buildings which doesn't offer you a nice view of the place. It is recommended for those that are in transit.
The hotel has 4 stars and it was opened 1 year back but it looks older than 1 year and I would say that it's a 3 stars hotel.
The breakfast was very poor. We had the same food for 7 days and options were very limited. Also, we received Nescafe Instant, which not everyone can tolerate this type of coffee.

We traveled through Jordan for two weeks. We decided to have a longer stay in Aqaba. We have been there for 4 days, I can tell you it was amazing.

It was my birthday and when Mousa (sitting behind the desk) heard about it he made my birthday the best day ever. When we came back to the hotel he decided to decorate the whole room. He helped us every night and was so kind to us.

Also Ahmad was very kind and helpful, even when we saw him (after his work hours) down town in the city. He was asking if we needed anything or could help us.

Not only the kindness, and their smiles, did make turquoise feel like home. It was clean, modern and very well located.

We will recommend this hotel to everyone who will stay in Aqaba, also visit Berenice beach (you can ask about it at the front desk). They warmed our hearts and we hope to see them again.

Amazing place and such nice Staff, They make sure that everything is ok every time We passed the lobby, the cleaning services is 10/10 and the food is great!
The pool is clean and very nice also The gym, Recommend so much!
We will come back for sure 💙
