The Reciption The Room The Restaurant all were well Organized, Comfortable and Delicious.

I visited the Hilton hotel in June 2018. Unfortunately, it didn't match up to the great reputation this hotel chain has achieved.
The cafe on the 7th floor was open air & didn't have a adequatecooling in 42 degrees Celsius heat.
The smoothies we ordered weren't smoothies! Just blended fruit juices which were not cold & were extremely expensive.
The hotel layout is extremely cramped & poorly designed.

Excellent hotel .very comfortable.Idely located down town Aqaba and close to the beaches .I which J didn’t have to pay for the .beaches entrance .
The staff are very professional and friendly.
The rooms are quiet and comfortable .
They have Jacuzzi and pool over looking the beach .that was a nice pool and views .
The view room at the top floors are excellent coffee shop and restaurant

This hotel was nicely located in the heart of Aqaba, the rooms are large and clean and the amenities were great.

The only minus is that it does require a shuttle to get to the beach area, so if you are looking to spend time at the beach try another hotel.

We have ordered through booking.com 2 rooms for 4 adults and 12 years old child, when we arrived the hotel they denied the 12 years old child.
Saying that price is not included for the child and they want us to pay more! I wish the hotel managment can contact us ASAP.
And even the receptionist shouted on my dad which he is very old!
