Stayed here for a conference. The conference facilities are adequate with really good meals. Breakfasts are standard and boring and the pub area part of the dining area with very little atmosphere. The rooms are clean and acceptable with mosquito nets and are located in units of three spread throughout a luscious garden that creates an "in the bush" feeling. The hotel is located on the edge of town towards the Vic Falls which is not necessarily the best position but right at the entrance to the game park and walking distance from the launching area of cruise boats. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Stayed a couple of days before a conference in the same hotel. No mosquitoes in my room despite lack of net. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Good food especially the fish! Pool was being redone - looked as if it would be good once it was finished.

The hotel is in a nice location but that is where the positives of the hotel end. The hotel is very old and outdated, the rooms are not cleaned properly and the towels and sheets come back from cleaning with brown spots on them. Mosquitos are a big problem. The staff are average and reasonably polite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 2 nights on honeymoon.
Staff were quite nice.
Lots of mosquitos in our room with no mosquito nets available but we called the reception and a nice man came and sprayed our room for us and killed most of the mosquitos. I think there was at least 100 in our room alone.
The pool bar had algae on the chairs. You could see live insects swimming in the pool with you and my husband even got bitten while we were in the water.
The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and the dinner options were very good.

This is a relaxing stop near Livingstone. Spacious chalets and pools are minutes away from Mosi oa Tunya "The smoke the thunders". Staff are courteous and helpful. You will see herds of elephants nearby. Don't miss a sunset cruise on the Zambesi, a trip to Devil's Pool on the brink of Vic Falls, a bunji jump from the bridge, or a visit to the local market in downtown Livingstone. Play a game of Mlabalaba with the locals. Enjoy Africa at its finest!
