My wife and I spent a number of nights at this hotel while visiting Victoria Falls and we couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Our room was large and well provisioned, we had fresh water every day and were able to open our windows to allow the cool, fresh air in when we wished. Otherwise, the A/C worked well. The bath facilities were fine, plenty of hot water for a shower. The lobby and restaurant areas are decorated fabulously and very appealing. We used the hotel's tourist advisor to book some of our trips and taxis when we needed them. The breakfast buffet is absolutely stunning. The grounds are very nice as well, the location is a bit outside of the downtown area and relatively quiet. As there is no elevator and there are two floors of rooms, the bell staff carries all suitcases upstairs for you.

We arrived early and after a small wait we were able to enter our room at 11am which we were extremely grateful for after our long flight.

Fantastic food, superb service, rooms have everything you need. Great quality bedding and towels. Water is replensished daily as well as tea, coffee and milk and it is no problem to ask for more if needed. Wifi was free and worked well.

We were provided rain macs for the Victoria falls, available on request.

Breakfast is included in all rates and there is a great selection of buffet items including fresh fruit and criossants.

Hotel is located half way between the Falls (about 10 minute drive) and Livingstone town centre (about 15 mins). There is an Indian restaurant called Golden Leaf a 10 minute walk away.

We used a taxi sourced from hotel, with a driver called Chris, to drive us around. Cost is 10 dollars to the falls but he also stopped at a wonderful African Baobab tree. There are rickety steps to climb for excellent views of the Zambezi and you can hear the roar of the falls from there.

I had a room overlooking the road which was generally quiet except for the last night, Friday, where music from a local bar was loud until midnight.

Spent 3 nights here earlier this month. Great staff and excellent restaurant. Close to all major sights The falls River sunset cruise and dinner train to the falls. Helicopter trip on the Zambia side was outstanding.

The hotel is located fairly close to Livingstone CBD. If you are hoping to visit the Victoria falls, the hotel is not too far off. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The rooms are also well maintained.

We stayed in two rooms (family of 5) over 4 nights. The service was exceptional with very friendly staff. The rooms are large with a fridge in the room. Bathroom was a good size with a separate shower and a bathtub.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good at decent prices. The breakfast buffet was awesome!

We booked a tour to Chobe Park in Botswana which is a must! The tour got us close to elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, impalas, warthogs, and other animals. Sadly we missed the lions but maybe next time.

We went to Victoria Falls. 100ZMK for the hotel taxi. Nice driver, clean and spacious van. The next day we got a local taxi outside the hotel for 50ZMK and went to the bridge. It was in poor condition but the driver was friendly. So you get what you pay for.

Closest store to the hotel is about 2km. You can buy beer at the casino beside the gas station.

There is an Indian restaurant across the street that serves excellent food.
