First, we were treated with kindness by Nancy in the office. She went out of her way to answer our questions and help us make plans for the next day.
Second, Julia drove right to our campsite in the shuttle as walking a long distance was an issue. She made sure we had her cell number and was on time picking us up to return to Swans Bay. We experienced the same courtesy and punctuality from Coty the following day.
Thank you Swans Bay for providing a shuttle. What a generous service to offer campers driving a motor coach without towing a vehicle.
We also made use of the pool and enjoyed the band.
For all these reasons and more, we hope to visit your campground again soon and spread the good news to our camping friends.
Sincerely,
Sharon and Bobby

The place is wonderful, clean, large spots for our camper, very level cement pad, nice table, easy hook ups, beautiful views and close to amazing towns like Clayton and A Bay. The only thing I wish is that they would not allow political flags to fly, people come for vacation to escape...not to be reminded of the problems.

Our first time here. Extremely tight spots - we were in a premium spot. Pads are real nice and level for sure but there was no way we could even have a campfire between us and the camper next to us - totally unsafe

Tiki bar was not as big or nice as we had heard of. Pools were tiny. The waterfront area is beautiful and the gift shop great.

Close to Abay and all other fun things to do. Walk to price chopper grocery store which is nice.

For the money - little underwhelmed.

Beautiful campground. Situated right on the St Lawrence River, it was nice to be able to watch the freighters traveling through 4 or 5 times a day. The sites were very level concrete pads with paver patios with picnic tables and a separate fire ring. There was plenty of space between the sites, so you didn't feel cramped. We always worry when we stay at "resort" campgrounds that it will be a lot of high speed golf carts with blaring radios and all night parties. Our stay was just the opposite. Very laid back and quiet, seemed to be more family camping, which we enjoyed. Didn't use the pools, but looked very nice, if not a little small for a resort this size. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly, the grounds around the campground were spotless and well manicured. Overall we loved our experience at Swan Bay and would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to the area. Easy drive to Alexandria Bay and Clayton for some sightseeing in these quaint little towns. We stayed in site 17

Room tip: Easy walk to grocery store right outside of park entrance. Also a quick walk to Wolfe's Kountry Kottage, tasty diner.

Five star, A+ camping resort. Campers, cottages, chalets. Very clean and newly updated, amenities galore…swimming pools with a bar on deck, rentals available for golf carts, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, etc. Worth the price for such nice accommodations. Highly recommend!!!
