A very pleasant facility in the center of Arusha, on the Clock Tower Circle. I stayed for the long U.S. Thanksgiving weekend. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The dining experience was average. The morning breakfast was better than the usual fare found in Tanzania. The evening dinner buffet offered some variety. I'm sure the dining experience reflects the clientele and price points expected in the area. The fitness facility featured up-to-date equipment. The pool requires major maintenance, and its situation under deciduous trees is not optimal.

Dear ReidBurgher,

We really appreciate you choosing to stay with us during your trip and especially for taking the time to write a review about your stay and our property.

As you have also mentioned we do have a variety of dishes on offer and our chef is also always readily available to prepare something that is off the menu.

Our hotel has a garden with trees that we trim from time to time to balance the charm of an oasis and at the same time keep and maintain our pool etc.

We do really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to ensure we are always second to none.

We stayed just one night here before embarking on our Tanzanian northern circuit safari. Scanning bags on entry seemed pointless as nobody was monitoring the screen at the time of arrival. Reception was very busy but we had our keys and room in 10 minutes of arrival. We didn’t have dinner, too tired from travelling 24 hours. The bedrooms are spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom likewise. Only advice, ask for a garden room (even numbers) unless you can sleep with constant road noise. Buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. A friendly member of staff directed us to a table on the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. We had no need to use the business facilities offered, nir any opportunity to use the pool or gym. Checkout was simple ( we had no extras). Overall, highly recommended if heading out on safari and would use again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was there pre safari. It’s right in the center of Arusha. Hotel is clean and modern. Excellent staff and food. Room was great. Lovely grounds. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio one night having pizza and drinks. If you are looking for a 4 star property in the center of town, it’s an excellent choice.

Stayed for 1 night. Spacious, clean, well-equipped room, comfy bed and pillow. Bathroom with shower (no bathtub). Buffet dinner looked very plain. Location is subjective, nearby very busy intersection and 1 hour drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport. Security is high. Will consider staying again.

We stayed two nights at Four Points Sheraton prior to our safari. We appreciated being able to check in after we arrived from our morning flight. The hotel grounds are very nice, and the pool area looked appealing, although we did not use it. The breakfast buffet was good although I would have like better pastries. We had drinks in the bar in the afternoon and only later did we find out that they made pizzas outside in the evening...we wish that would have been communicated to us.

The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed our attempts to practice a few words of Swahili.

Our room 816 was comfortable but a long walk to the main lobby and restaurant, and not a great view. However, due to having recently obtained a Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card, we were able to pay for the room with points and still have many points and a $300 gift card left over (so it was definitely worth it).

There is a bank and post office right across the street. We bought stamps for postcards at the post office and the hotel mailed them for us. We are happy that they have already arrived (within two or so weeks of mailing). We walked around town a bit and had a good dinner at Kitamu Coffee, but opted to eat at the hotel Parachichi restaurant the next night. The meal and service were very good, although pricier than Kitamu Coffee, of course.

Room tip: 816 was nice and quiet but a long walk to the main lobby and dining area. Not a good view.
