Terrible price ranging for all activities. Parents must pay to seat by the pool watching their kids swimming. The workers don't have good customer care. You pay you don't get a receipt they promise to send and very rude on the telephone when their reminded. The name is Flora.

Please understand we are keeping entry to the water world facilities for security and privacy to our clients. We have free entrance areas like gardens, restaurant, bar, etc. where someone can sit and order something.
Always we issue the receipt at the premises to all clients and for your case you have forgotten to collect your receipt and front office team send your receipt on the next day. Also about the cost, we are really striving hard to keep the prices to the minimum possible levels considering the high operational expense.

Fun Retreat is the best place to feel like paradise! They offer more than what you expected! Me and my fiancée had 4 nights and they were all amazing. We had spa as relaxation massage, we enjoyed the games in 360 Bar! The pool area was more comfortable and wonderful place and mostly all employees were very helpful and friendly! My fiancée couldn’t get enough of Fun retreat! We promise to go back again soon after our wedding.

Fun Retreat Resort is nothing less than a Paradise….. it’s a beautiful recreational resort which caters to all age groups making their stay immensely wonderful. The entire Resort is beautifully done and has the most spectacular & panoramic backdrop of Mt.Meru.
