Everything was beautiful. Gives you all the feels before you start your safari and actually to have been able to stay another night or 2 would have been great. We are coeliac and required GF food- which was also beautiful. Staff were most welcoming and helpful and warm. Adored this hotel, only wish we could have stayed more than a night
The hotel was charming. The rooms were well-decorated. The pool was lovely after a long day of travelling. The food in the restaurant was good. I accidentally left an item of clothing and they followed up with me and reunited my garment with me. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in Arusha.
Excellent service, quiet environment, everything is clean, safe. It was good to be here and take a breather after a day's work. The location of the hotel is very good - you can reach the desired places both on foot and by car. The environment is very tidy. Security is on duty all day.
The African Tulip Hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were nice and clean and the restaurant was super, including all the friendly staff. There was a wide variety of meal choices which were all very good. Definitely, a great place to stay before and after your safari. We would stay again.
A welcoming hotel in a nice part of Arusha. Very friendly & prompt checking in. Plenty of cosy places in the hotel - swimming pool, bars, lounges etc to relax in. The staff were helpful and service was prompt. They helped organise a 1/2 day tour of the town, before starting on our sarfari the next morning. The day of the tour started with a good briefing session with the management and our driver to help align all expectations. Nice touch. The Hotel is owned by Roy Safaris so its a seamless start to a unique safari experience.
