I stayed here before and after my trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro. So comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I was able to leave a bag of things I wouldn't need while on the mountain. The food in the lovely restaurant is delicious. Breakfast included with the room. Rooms were spotless an me comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here as the starting point for a safari adventure. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The plants around the hotel make it seem like you are in a secret garden. Watching all the birds by the pool was a wonderful start to the morning.
We stayed at the African Tulip prior to our safari. A fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean and updated, the food was excellent, and the staff were attentive. We wished we could have stayed more days. Highly recommended.
A lovely oasis near the center of Arusha. The hotel is nicely decorated and landscaped, there is a peaceful pool and patio area, and the staff are very charming and helpful. Breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall dining experience was fantastic. The entire F & B staff including the Head chef ensured we ate adequately even though we are vegetarians!
