Worth a trip! I’d recommend going early as it gets busy around 11am. It costs 10,000Rp per person to enter, along with some donation boxes along the way to enter certain areas (5,000Rp per person is accepted). The scenery is beautiful and you could walk for ages without reaching every corner. There’s also spots to buy a drink too!

The views are really good and the bars that sit in the hills are nice and chilled.

But there are children every 20 metres asking you to buy a postcard and you need to pay a donation 3/4 times if you want to keep on walking around.

The swing in the fields costs 100k which is a lot considering you are on it for 5 minuets... you even need to pay 10k per person to park your bike on the road.

Good for photos but the locals have ruined it by charging tourists for every little thing.

The rice fields of Bali are a must see if you are here! They stretch far and cover many hillsides. Make for some great photos and you can try some coconut water while walking through the terraces. Just be aware while walking up and down through the hills there may be people asking for donations and don’t allow you through if you do not pay something.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants that line the roads around the rice terraces. You can even see some locals working in the terraces if you wanted to see how they care for it!

Very beautiful, however busy. Definitely get there early, it gets steamy. You will need to pay 2 families 10,000 rupiah each for 2 people to walk through. That’s about 75 cents each couple. Please don’t complain, imagine if tourists were stomping through your workplace all day long.

This is very much commercial place there is historical rice terrace in the west part of island, definitely recommend that one.

After you pay entrance fee, inside people still ask to pay some small money unknown for me why..
