Great stay

Here right now and have to say what a great boutique hotel it is. Check in was a breeze and hassle free. Staff are super friendly and just so nice. The room is a great size with plenty of amenities, comfy beds, nice compact bathroom and a cute balcony with garden view. Breakfast was nice and buffet style with several tasty options. The swimming pool is amazing and on the top floor with views of the ocean. Really like it here!!

SPA at Artotel Hotel

We went to enjoy the wonderful Spa package at the Artotel. 2hours Balinese massage and body scrub and mask. Fabulous. With a great lunch and health drink. Delicious. It was wonderful on the rooftop overlooking the city and ocean. Terrific deal. Don't miss this opportunity. Very relaxing and fabulous experience.

A joke

Stayed here for three nights with a friend and it was awful . The young man who checked us in made stupid jokes which we didn’t even understand and was highly unprofessional we were shown a room which had a brick wall a foot from the balcony . The balcony had no table or chairs on and they were surprised when we asked for some ! Surely a balcony is to sit on???
I guess we just didn’t really appreciate the trendy Artsy vibe but that’s no good if the general level of service is untrained and substandard . The huge insult was when I apologised for a blood mark in the bath mat and towel . I was told if the mark didn’t come out I would be charged for it!!!
It was grey and grubby anyway and I have never heard of such a thing in a hotel and what laundry would not be able to remove the stain . This took several conversations with one of the managers . I told her if she charged me I would need the items returned to me as I would then own them . She laughed and thought I was joking ! I didn’t want them they were horrid but I was making a point . Whole place a joke . Do not recommend

We are sorry to hear that your experience among us was not up to your expectations. Based on our investigation, we did not charge you for the blood stain since we have been handled the problem. The room you booked was originally has no table & chair setup however we arranged for you. None of our female manager has met you as you mentioned in the review.

Artotel Sanur

we had a great stay at the Artotel Sanur. Great staff, good facilities and a lovely infinity pool on the roof.

The breakfast is something that could be improved. The variation of cold breakfast options was a bit of a letdown

Beautiful but pricey

We watched this being built last year & have been pleasantly surprised at how amazing this placed turned out. Its amazing how it has all been built around a tree. Great atmosphere, great food but expensive prices for Bali.
