Nice place to be. Rooftop bar is excellent and the room was very clean. Breakfast was good en the environment perfect. The staf was very kind en they had a hotel taxiservices which was very nice to have. He bring us to Ubud and told us a lot about Bali and his culture, nice!

it is an artsy hotel and very close to the beach. i love it because of the interior design and the statues in the lobby. very creative and modern. i love the bed, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room.

Nice and modern hotel, people are extremely kind and helpful, real good food and drinks, nice and large rooms, great swimming pool area, we totally fell in love with this hotel and are planning to go back there. Perfect place to stay!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, nice pool with view. But soundproof wasn't good in the room ( can hear loud noise from people outside in the hallway and restaurant music). Breakfast was alright ( taste wise and options)

Allow me to assure that the typical of atrium building like ours made the sound go everywhere easily even though we manage to keep it as low as possible. The Good: The room decor Is really great and the rooms are a comfortable size, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff is great and overall facilities are wonderful. The art around the hotel is truly magnificent and very varied. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and a multitude of restaurants. My husband got a massage and enjoyed the spa area. The inifinity pool is nice – but can get too crowded with not enough seating for everyone. The pool is next to a really great rooftop bar that was the first place we went – not cheap – around 40,000 for a small beer – but the atmosphere was worth it. We had a great Waiter (Derrick – talked us into a pizza and it was OK – thin crust, just tomato sauce and cheese and a bit of cheese – probably shouldn’t order something with cheese in a country that isn’t dairy centered!!). Friday Fever happy hour has a 1 hour all you can drink (just vodka with a choice of juices to mix with it), but good music (that night it was music from the 80s), free tapas, lively and fun Thank you Rini – you were a great waitress!). Breakfast was really the best we found in Bali with the most options – Balinese, European, American, Indonesian – amazing array of choices. (Mind you – this was our first visit and we are only comparing it to 5 ot 6 places). The first floor restaurant is large and the staff excellent!
The Bad: Staying near the front of the hotel can be very noisy. After one night, we moved to the back which was wonderful (Room 408 was GREAT!) and overlooked quiet gardens. Street side has two very noisy sources – the restaurant with live music until 9:30PM (it does stop at 9:30 though) and the street! They don’t like to give you more than one key – not sure why – but if you are like us and you don’t do EVERYTHING together – that is an inconvenience. And…you need the key to have the electricity work in your room. It is odd. Check-in takes a long time. Often have to wait to deal with the desk at all. They make it comfortable, with couches, etc., but I’m not quite sure why everything takes so long.
