It was a wonderful experience! The treasures tucked in the by lanes of Varanasi couldn't have been experienced in a better way than this. Mudita was very cordial and made our time memorable.

Price is on a higher side..there should be consideration for groups...in north city we missed few points at panchganga ghat which we get to know from local people..this was more of eating joints...
Dear Saurabh,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry you had a less than expected experience with us. We covered Kabir's school, the 5 rivers, Alamgir mosque, and a history capsule of Varanasi at Panchganga ghat along with a walk through the nearby Gallis. Given that Panchganga ghat is itself only 1 among 10+ stops on the walk, these are what we have felt are the most key elements in the area. Besides that, each nook of Varanasi has a story to tell and it's practically impossible for us to cover everything in a span of a few hours. If you'd have told us about a specific place you wanted to visit, we would have been happy to include that.
As for the pricing, we had informed you of the price beforehand. Our group walk prices are already lower than our private walk prices. And we do have an additional discount for large groups as well (5 or more people).
Anyway, we hope that you did find something good from joining the walk, and had an overall great stay in Varanasi.
Best regards,
Aayush
This afternoon my family of teenagers had a terrific tour by a wonderful young local woman named Mudita. Her insights into daily life in Varanasi were equally matched with her knowledge and passion of the Hindu religion. We really loved the tour as we learnt a lot about the feeling of Varanasi and we especially enjoyed the toast and tea and yummy saffron milk cream Mudita bought for us.
Do yourself and favour and book this tour for Varanasi- you won’t regret it 😃💕
Mudita took us, a group of seven around the narrow alleyways and crowded streets of the City. She knew quite a few good places: of historical and gastronomical significance. Ours was a culture/history-cum-food walk.
The Kali temple hidden right behind a building on a crowded street, the tea shop that served tasty cream-filled toast, the Malai-yo place; walk around the ghats and the very sombre moments around Manikarnika. It was a good afternoon and evening well spent.
We did a food walk with mudita and rubaroo. Despite us being vegans and benaras being the city of milk and ghee, she was able to customise the tour to still make it relevant for us. Great work m, and keep it up
My husband and I booked the morning South Varanasi walk plus sunrise boat tour. Our guide, Mudita was pleasant and well informed. A local resident of Benares, she brought out the best of the ghats for us. We started with the fascinating Subh e Benares morning arati coupled with the Banarasi kulhad chai, and went on to view the beautiful ghats of Benares while taking a boat ride through the Ganges. Mudita took us through the history of each of the ghats including the Darbhanga ghat and the story of the Darbhanga queen leading to the Brijram Palace, the Nishadghat and the cultural history of the community, and the Manikarnika ghat and the associated deep rooted beliefs of the Hindu community. After the boat ride, we visited a 400 year old Akhada, witnessed the saga of Tulsi Das, and had the quintessential and absolutely delicious Banarasi kachodi, sabzi and jalebi for breakfast, and ended the tour through an up close interaction with the Banarasi weaving community. We also met Anupam during the end of the walk, and were gifted specially customised Benares souvenirs.
We left experiencing a side to Banaras which will stay in our hearts forever.
