It is the most luxurious hotel in madurai which has good clean rooms and well maintained washrooms. The interiors are designed with good lightings. Always has good ambience. Staffs are very friendly for the needed things with calm and polite manner. The hotel is at the centre of the city near to junction and temple. This particular location will be easy for traveling. They provide high speed wifi. The staffs are easy going and kind to us.
Worth for tariff. Excellent service by the housemens. Amazing hospitality. Well equipped rooms with pleasant smell. Facility for making tea and coffee available inside the room. Additional milk and tea sachets is also given by the staffs when we are needed. Helpful staffs. 24 hours hot water facility is also available in the room. Well maintained clean bathrooms with phone inside it. My kids enjoyed at lobby. Overall the best hotel
pleasant experience, house keeping Krishna is very nice and gave nice service by him improve kitchen quality because kitchen closed too early and breakfast is not complimentary for us. paid 4200 nearly without breakfast
