Place of worship. Food in Langar was good. Was quite amazed with the concept of cleaning own utensils after the food.

Close to Leh, this Gurdwara is patronised by the Indian army. All visitors need to remove their footwear, wash their hands and feet and wear a head-covering prior to entry. Service by peeling vegetables for the langar [common kitchen] is encouraged. It is a historic place as well.

Gurudwara Pathar Sahab, on the outskirts of Leh, is a cool Religious place dedicate to a great guru, whom a demon wanted to kill. He threw a big stone from a nearby hillock. But the rock melted like wax before it could harm the great soul. Guru is also known for bringing greenery into Leh. It is worshipped not only by Sikhs but people of all religions.
