Where do i start and where do i stop explaining about my experience with the airline. From ground staff to customer service agents and everyone in between, no one wants to provide service or talk to passergers in a professional manner. Attention to detail is not something the airline gives importance to, use of common sence is something that doesn't come straight away for the staff at various levels, providing service on board or with ground staff team is not done in a polite manner but rather with anger, frustration, unprofessional, arrogance manner. Attitiude is shown towards passengers in such a way that it would not make any difference to the airline if one or more passanger doesn't fly with themagain. if you are raising your concerns with the ground staff you are told the longer you are in argument with them the longer it will take to get your baggage delivered. The airline does not manage things at various stages in appropiate manner - passanger who has boarding time for 1:30pm are way behing and for 3 pm are first in line. Passangers for both these times are standing togather. The airline staff at the ground level point blankly proves you wrong even if you know the situation - all of our 6 check-in bags were not loaded onto the connecting flight to Ahmedabad, but we were told at Ahmedabad that security has kept our all 6 bags for checking because of items in them. they damaged 2 of our bags and upon providing evidence the senior ex of customer relation says it's general ware and tear.

It Is the world's best airline with the best services and they should start an airline from Mumbai to rajkot and rajkot to Mumbai it will do very well

So i was travelling from mumbai to delhi, via flight number UK 940 (Vistara). I was waiting for my bag for almost 40 mins, till all the bags got over at the pickup area. No one from the staff came and informed me that my baggage got stopped at mumbai airport. Then i visited the enquiry counter then i got to know about the situation, after almost waiting for 1 hour.

Also to tell me the problem they took 30 minutes more. Just calls going around and around.

And they are now asking me to come and pick my bag tomorrow and not delivering it to my house.

The main concern was if there was any problem with the bag, someone from the team should come and told me while i waited for 40 mins at the belt.

The duty officer name was - Ravi Sharma at the desk.

Also Ravi sharma was too rude to the customers.
