Vistara doesn't return refund if U cancel. They make fake UTR which is invalid & continue claim they have refunded. There is no transparency. Fail to give details of name,a/c to which they refunded. There is a script prepared by them which is pasted in reply to each mail asking for refund details. The most unfair airlines

Terrible experience with vistara ..I came to Mumbai Airport with my son we had 2 confirmed tickets from Bom to Auh and we were told the reservations is cancelled not sure why. I had a connecting flight from Auh to toronto so it was very important to take this flight, they said flight was full and we can not accomodate you. This has been the worst nightmare i had with any airlines , the agent at the counter just said no seat and he told me to go to customer service, they were as pathetic and just said seats cancelled no reason or alternative solutions, I asked them why was it not communicated to me and why this last minute cancellation as i got a alert for online check in as well. I had to book through a another airline and spend another $1300, so that i could make it on time. Never, ever going to opt for a vistara again, no communication, no customer service, selling confirmed seats to others...just pathetic.

One of the beast airline i had. Staff also so good. i like to give score 10 for over review, definitely next also im choosing vistara airline

Bad experience with vistara. Staff behaviour not good. Dely Baggage and damage items. No one at airport baggage belts to give response.

Worst worst worst airline. Unprofessional and incompetent. They don’t know anything. We live in france àd we were returning back to paris after 2 weeks of stay. The duty manager of vistara so called GAGAN from Punjab claimed that my daughter of 5 years needs a visa to travel back to paris because her identity card has been expired. But her passport is valid and he insisted that i must contacted the embassy to have a visa for my daughter. Do we need a visa to enter a country we reside ? This was disgusting, we travelled so many countries but never ever got such issues. But I must agree in India everything is possible. French citizens must think twice before traveling with this airline. Not even worth to have a one star. For sure i will drag the so called man GAGAN to court even if it costs me a fortune. I won’t let this happen to someone else.
