it was my first visit to the hotel, perfect location for business travelers, its centrally located very close to Railway and volvo station, staff was cooperative, a great furnished hotel with high speed wifi and noise less beautiful ambiance, i will stay again.
The staff & the management are very hard working and helpful. The hotel lacks proper designing and interior. The food is good. The noise pollution surrounding the hotel is very intrusive. It irritates a lot especially during sleeping time.
Hotel is well maintained and a perfect destination to stay. well behaved staff. I came first time to Surat and mesmerised with the perfect stay. Food is very scrumptious. I felt like staying in a home away home. Thanks to Team Central Excellency.

I really liked the hotel staff specially and enjoyed my stay. Being a single lady i felt very safe and never expected the good service standards, hotel is maintaining. i stayed in other hotels too but i think this hotel is the best hotel among all the hotels in its category.
