The staff & the management are very hard working and helpful. The hotel lacks proper designing and interior. The food is good. The noise pollution surrounding the hotel is very intrusive. It irritates a lot especially during sleeping time.
Hotel is well maintained and a perfect destination to stay. well behaved staff. I came first time to Surat and mesmerised with the perfect stay. Food is very scrumptious. I felt like staying in a home away home. Thanks to Team Central Excellency.

I really liked the hotel staff specially and enjoyed my stay. Being a single lady i felt very safe and never expected the good service standards, hotel is maintaining. i stayed in other hotels too but i think this hotel is the best hotel among all the hotels in its category.

Good Hotel with excellent room decor as the name suggest, this hotel is exceeding the expectations from good clean room, amazing hotel staff, very polite and efficient. Hotel location is good. Next to bus station and railway station. Center of the surat city. Rooms were clean. Food was ok. Staff was very cordial coperative.
They serve breakfast in a hall they call it banquet hall with no proper sitting. Only chairs available no tables. That is very auckward.
Rest is fine.
