I really liked the hotel staff specially and enjoyed my stay. Being a single lady i felt very safe and never expected the good service standards, hotel is maintaining. i stayed in other hotels too but i think this hotel is the best hotel among all the hotels in its category.

Good Hotel with excellent room decor as the name suggest, this hotel is exceeding the expectations from good clean room, amazing hotel staff, very polite and efficient. On top of that the good WiFi connection with high speed. I would love to come to this hotel again and definitely recommend to all my friends and office colleagues.

Hotel location is good. Next to bus station and railway station. Center of the surat city. Rooms were clean. Food was ok. Staff was very cordial coperative.
They serve breakfast in a hall they call it banquet hall with no proper sitting. Only chairs available no tables. That is very auckward.
Rest is fine.

nice venue to stay,good roomzz, good facellitiess,helpful staff and good food.
overall it was a nice stayin experience.
buffet breakfast was nicely prepard thats the plus point.
roomz were neat n clean

beside bus stand and 200-300 mtrs away from railway station.nice comfortable...recommondable.Restarant food prices are also reasonable, not overpriced.except room number 101 everything was nice. Recommended for everyone 😀
