Review of GenX Surat By 1589 Hotels

Don’t stay there. Rooms are dusty. Tv not functioning. WiFi is crap. Breakfast is poor and dinner is even worse. Customer service is inexistant. We had to ask for towel and toiletries. Rooms are big and reception staff are good. They can this place better but they seem to be clueless and unwilling. First night I have 9 points to complain about. Staff at breakfast were nice but did not seem to be trained. They seem to be running the hotel at low cost and with the money they get from the floors that are ready. It’s a no go!

Hotel is very good ,and staff are very friendly and supportable to us which I want.also ambibits is ver well... From day one to till check out they supported yo us ..Thanks for everything ... Welcome as done very well..

I received hospitality very nice, room cleaness is very good,they treated me very well mannered,surely I'll recommend my friend while they visit vav, especially food serving is also nice, I really enjoyed in this hotel.

i really like hotel because of very good service and staff was very helpful. room was very clean and tidy specially bathrooms. if i tell about food then food was awesome if you visit that hotel then just try food.

Staff behavior as well as greviance handling is superior. Perfect decorations which are done from hotel. Hassle free check in. Restaurant is superb as well as value for money. Such a value for money also GM of this hotel is very helping and calm.
