The hotel is very good all staff are very supportive. The ambiance of hotel is very good that really show the good hospitality which still in surat. Thanks to all staff who made my day happiness. Seriously I recommend this hotel to my friends

This hotel is best in this area. I am always prefer this hotel in Surat. Many facilities are in this hotel. Many veg and non veg food are available in this hotel. Many table and chairs are available in this hotel.

Genx Surat i was stayed here in the month of Jan.19 room no.401,First impression is that, a unique house keeping amenities,Nice breakfast and delicious taste of food, neat & clean lines.I would recommend for all & my next visit at sugar so i will give the first preference to Genx Surat.

It was a pleasant stay with genx. Nice rooms with all amenities. Great ambience, warm welcome by front desk. Staff was well groomed and professionals.
Food taste is good. I was stayed for two days for my official visit.

During our surat visit we always prefer GenX Surat hotel , rooms are well maintained and services by almost all staff is good and specially appreciating URMI is polite & always willing to assist always love to stay over here
