Run from this place! Book the comfort inn or Super 8 instead- more value! I was charged $404 for an old studio tiny apartment with scratchy floors hard pillows tiny TV weird bed in a wall and just an underwhelming experience.
It was not dirty just gross and a far cry from nice. We were in the heart of the hood.

We enjoyed a spot on the 22nd floor that came with a great view of the ocean, Boardwalk, looking out toward Bally's Casino. It made for a great evening shot. Located on the Boardwalk, with its own entrance onto it which was nice, it is situated just south of Resorts Casino and Steel Pier, and just north of Bally's Casino and Caesar's Palace. It's average rating is a reflection of its lack of a quality restaurant on premises (it's only restaurant was not very clean), so-so room accommodations (considering they called it a "suite" bathrooms were small and not clean, shower hard to get into if you have disability, in room fridge was small and not working properly, we've stayed in better Holiday Inns,) and the desk staff was not very friendly. Since it is part of a time share service nothing we saw made me want to buy into it as a time share. At the $600+ cost I imagine you could find something better through one of the many casinos in the area.

This is a really nice place to stay when in AC. Clean well kept and spacious rooms and really friendly helpful staff. The pool was closed for maintenance and the table was a little wobbly but everything else was great.

We had a 1 bedroom efficiency with a fold out sofa. The room was large, the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and the whole unit was very clean. We were on the 31st floor and anticipated long elevator waits, but not so! The elevator was always quick. The only negative thing I can say about our stay is that the hotel was hard to find.
