My boyfriend and I came down to Atlantic City for warped tour which was happening right on the beach by Bally’s. The prices for all the other hotels for 2 nights was absolutely insane. The days inn was at the end of the boardwalk right by Tropicana and next to the beach. The room definitely needs some updating and it was relatively clean. The front door to the room really wouldn’t close all the way so we had to slam it and deadbolt it. Honestly though I’m disappointed in housekeeping. The surfaces in the room were definitely dirty and they clean that. The only thing they did was put new towels in the room. They didn’t even make the bed which I found incredibly strange. The carpets are old and dingy but really we weren’t in the room for very long. Just to sleep and shower so it was decent for what we needed.

We reserved our room through Hotels.com. The description stated that there was an indoor/outdoor pool. There isn't. The hotel staff told us that they have never had a pool and have asked Expedia to change that info but has yet to be done. The hotel is outdated and the carpet was gross but the bed was comfortable and it's a great location.

The hotel refused to abide by the original reservation price quoted from their 800 line. When asked for it to be resolved by the sight manager he rudely refused to help resolve the issue then walked off rudely. Two other customers had the same complaint during my time and he cursed them out too before walking off. I complained to Corp who stated a sight manager would call afterwards to help resolve my issue only to find out the responder was the same ignorant unprofessional sight manager from the original incident.

The lady at the front desk was not pleasant. There weren't any trash bags in the room because as the housekeeper put it "we ran out". Room Walls are paper thin and outdated. The hall had a strange odor. Great internet service.

The Country Kitchen is a chain restaurant that is located off the lobby. Great place for breakfast and it is on the boardwalk. The hotel is older but the lobby is nicely decorated. The rooms are average but we had a view of the ocean.
