When you are in need, you will appreciate the person who raises to the occasion. Each and every member of the concierge team in this hotel is commendable for their dedication to work. Very dependable. This team makes the hotel so much better.
The restaurants are not great and very expensive.

Room Tip: The rooms are relatively small.

Brand new or at least it feels like its brand new. Rooms are clean and new with the view of the city. Lovely stay with very helpful staff. Breakfast spread was excellent!

I found the interior decoration of the lobby area a little odd. Modern, contemporary with traditional.

Still a great stay!

Great hotel in the new district of Suzhou. Rooms are all you could wish for, modern, comfortable bed, with nice luxuries - check out the toilet seat !!

Staff are amazingly helpful, some of the best I have experienced

The hotel has a couple of OK restaurants - Lobby Lounge not that great.

The only down side for me was there was not much around the hotel to do. I prefer to be nearer down-town Suzhou. Can't really hold that against the hotel.

Absolutely perfect for business trip. If you go there for business, reserve top level rooms when you are priority to use lounge. Top service, good food and separate check-in/out counter.
Rooms are clean and couple of fruits were waiting...nice detail.
Hotel has very top service attitude.

The theme park is NOT walking distance. Get a car ride there. Hotel was disappointing. The lobby looks like the building was designed to be an office then they changed their mind... Buffet was absolutely not comparable to their buffet in Shangrila Pudong. Rooms were very nice though. Views from the rooms... horrible. Don't come here for the view...
