It was an unforgettable experience in Crowne Plaza! I travelled by my own, and I was getting sleepy while arrived there. The stuff Rambo was enthusiastic: he as a hall-porter opened the door and took my heavy league for me. Then, he told me how to check in and then get me there my hotel room. I enjoyed my own night that day in the hotel. It was literally nice of him Rambo. I will not hesitate to come again next time.

I choose Shenzhen Crowne Plaza Suites Lanark this time. The lobby of the hotel is not big, but the epidemic prevention and control is done very well. Front desk and concierge service are good. Especially the manager Toby Wang of Front Office. I will come back again next time.

The stay overall was very satisfactory and enjoyable,those has a great location but one thing that could be improved is that the the mattress was slightly hard and the pillow was a bit collapsing. The service was excellent by 李诗明（Olivia)

I have stayed at the Landmark Crown Plaza in Shenzhen, China, many times over the last year. I have always been greeted by name. I must mention Toby Wang, who has assisted me with various issues. He and the staff go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Shenzhen area of Luohu.

I`m based in Shanghai and this trip to Shenzhen was my first customers visit travelling for 6 months. I`ve stayed at my favourite hotel in Shenzhen- Crowne Plaza landmark.
Of course, there were some changes in hotel due to pandemic: temperature control on entrance, bar and lounge are not opening yet, etc. Only one thing remains the same- hospitality of the Team.
I`ve mentioned before- efforts of every staff (cleaners, front desk, porters, bell boys, etc.) making you feel like being back home. Michelle`s and Jay`s Teams showing genuine efforts towards making your stay as memorable as possible.
Another benefit to stay here needs to be mentioned- its location. Close to Lou Hu Hong Kong border- a lot of things going on around this hotel. Convenient to travel by metro or taxi.
