The room was great. Poured concrete floors and counters and clean white walls, the rooms were simple but beautiful. Loved the pool, the rooftop bar and the mango smoothie. Enthusiastic customer service was a nice bonus.

The room and location was perfect - close enough to walk to busy city centre markets and food while far enough away that it is quiet. Staff are very attentive and were able to arrange my tour at the drop of a hat.

Absolutely outstanding in every aspect. This is a hidden gem !!

The location is tremendous, the rooms spacious and well appointed & the staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast was ample & dinner was sublime.

The team is led at the front desk by a very intelligent and friendly young man named Jack. The hotel Manager was equally attentive and very kind. A well managed facility under very sound leadership.

Room tip: All rooms seemed perfect

Stayed for a 2 nights, cosy resort away from the bustle but only a 10min walk to the markets. What made the difference was the Staff. Thanks especially to Mr Jack, who has been a fantastic help from arrival to departure. From giving advice on temple routes to helping organising tours and also even helping on accomodating a last minute late checkout request.
Would not hesitate to stay there again

Everything about this hotel is superb; the rooms, restaurant, spa, and especially the staff.

My ground floor room was huge and led out to my own private patio, complete with table and chairs.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the meals I ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The rooftop bar is a gorgeous place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink, and I really enjoyed talking to the staff up there, they were utterly charming.

But my absolute favourite part of the hotel was the spa. The spa itself is beautiful; you can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into creating this tranquil haven. The beauty therapists were amazing, I enjoyed my body massage so much that I returned the next day for a relaxing facial. I also purchased some gorgeous Cambodian body products, which are paraben and sulfate free.

Location of the hotel is great too, just a ten minute leisurely stroll to the market and main hub. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Siem Reap I would definitely stay here again.
