Went here after a recommendation from a friend and was still pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived till we left the service was impeccable. The hotel was beautiful with nice bungalows. Food was great. We will definitely go back here next time we go to Siem Reap.

Room tip: The bungalows are very nice

We have visited Siamreap this March, and we absolutely loved the hotel, nice salt water pool, great ambiance in the rooms and in the hotel, very nice spa by Bodia. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to our friends. There is no in hotel gym, but apparently you can use gym facilities of the sister hotel which we happened to know too late.

We have just returned from a fabulous7 night stay at the Heritage Suites in Siem Reap. When we arrived our rooms had been upgraded to suites. They were spacious and very comfortable with super comfy beds and fine bed linen. The hotel facilities were of a very high standard; a beautiful outdoor pool and bar with surroundings deck, and a comfortable lounge and dining area.

The staff were lovely; friendly and helpful, they all spoke English, and nothing was to much trouble for them; the service was always very attentive and gracious.

The hotel is a small and centrally located with the centre a short $3 tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is in a quiet area so provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day visiting the temples. A tranquil spa complemented the experience staffed by friendly and very professional staff.

A late check out and a complementary ride to the airport provides the personal touch, then this is the hotel for you.

This hotel truly had the wow factor and a must if you staying in Siem Reap

What an amazing place, a great base to start and finish our days of adventure in Siem Reap, and then grab some unwinding. Staff were so welcoming and took care of all our needs. Really comfortable room with so much space and comfy bed, just a few steps away from the lovely pool area, where we had breakfast which gave a lovely setting. Food was delicious, the indoor bar area gave a pleasant surrounding for pre-dinner drinks. Highly recommend this hotel.
